Renovation of a historic patisserie in Aveiro. Mixed brief — sales counter, tasting area, and technical pantry. The intervention respects the existing structure and introduces contemporary elements that dialogue with the brand’s visual heritage.
Colour palette that revives the visual language of Portuguese patisserie, combined with brass and marble.
Elements and materials
Marble display counter. Lacquered wooden shelves with technical lighting and a vintage mirror-clad back panel. Tiled flooring with an exclusive design for the brand. Brass details.
